• We know that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. Our team is committed to processing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible. You can expect your order to ship within 1-2 days and to arrive within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Opuléar, every piece is designed to be worn confidently and loved daily. We hope you adore your jewelry - but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To maintain the quality and hygiene of our pieces, please review the following guidelines:

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Rings are eligible for size exchange only (subject to availability).

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email and can be used toward any future Opuléar purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case promptly and ensure a proper resolution.
